To promote equity in the classroom, we must recognize the individuality and uniqueness of students. By relating a mathematician to something familiar to the student, they will engineer a stronger connection to that person. Join this edWebinar to learn how we can inspire our students to see mathematicians as role models and as a potential future career option.
This edWebinar will be of interest to kindergarten through junior high teachers and school leaders. There will be time to have your questions answered at the end of the presentation.
