About the Presenters
Natalie Boo, M.Ed., is a former educator and current Director of Literacy Solutions at Capstone. In this role, she collaborates with both internal teams and school partners to drive literacy growth through evidence-based instructional practices, strategic enablement, and innovative literacy solutions that support educators and improve student outcomes. With more than 15 years of experience in education, Natalie has served as a classroom English and reading teacher, literacy coach, professional development specialist, district consultant, and executive function coach. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping educators translate research into practical classroom strategies that improve student outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education from Indiana University and a Master of Education in Reading and Literacy from Benedictine University.
Beatrice Rendón is a Senior Strategist for PebbleGo at Capstone. Prior to joining the Capstone team, Bea taught elementary school for seven years in Minneapolis. At Capstone, Bea’s role focuses on concepting engaging, responsive, and meaningful educational experiences for PreK-5 learners. She holds a BA in educational studies from Macalester College and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Hamline University.
