The implementation of standards-based learning is a transformational change that invites educators to rethink their beliefs and practices. Ultimately, standards-based learning has the potential to transform school for countless students, as teachers and administrators focus on clearly articulating what is to be learned, helping students set goals and track their progress, and accurately measuring and reporting student growth and achievement.
During this edWebinar, Dr. Tammy Heflebower will introduce key steps for transitioning to standards-based learning and explain how teachers and leaders can leverage concrete tools to navigate the transition one step at a time. Attendees can expect to:
- Learn about the rationale for standards-based learning
- Understand how standards-based learning looks in hybrid, online, and in-person environments
- Discover tools that will help you successfully navigate the transition to standards-based learning
Standards-based learning empowers students to set and achieve their learning goals, cultivating an attitude and mindset that promotes lifelong learning. Join Dr. Heflebower to learn how to implement this transformational change in your classroom and school!
