When school leaders foster a culture of frequent, specific recognition, it creates an environment for collaborative teams to function at high levels. In this edWebinar, Dr. David Chiprany and Dr. Phillip Page will discuss how celebrating the “right work” of professional learning communities stimulates the culture shift necessary for successful PLC implementation. Using intentional celebrations, K–12 leaders can improve collaborative team performance, resulting in higher student achievement.

Attendees will:

  • Explore why celebration is critical to developing a high-functioning PLC
  • Examine how celebration can drive the PLC process
  • Reflect on opportunities to celebrate the right work to impact your school or district’s PLC culture

This edWebinar will be of interest to PreK-12 school and district leaders.
