Watch the Recording

Master scheduling is a broken process. Deadlines are missed, small data errors cause big problems, and students and teachers are frustrated when they don’t get the classes they want. It’s time to stop thinking of scheduling as a numbers game, and start using it to achieve your district’s strategic priorities.

Watch scheduling expert Amy Filsinger and Professional Services Lead, Mike Rettberg, both from Abl, to learn how innovative districts leverage master scheduling as a transformational tool to address equity and access, improve staffing allocations, and increase the efficacy of core academic programs.

This edWebinar covers:

  • How to create a district-wide master scheduling plan that aligns with the district’s strategic goals, streamlines processes across schools, and adapts as things change
  • How to clean up and analyze your scheduling data to uncover your true staffing needs at each school and understand how to address undesired tracking patterns
  • How to build the capacity of your school leadership teams through coaching, documentation, and a community of practice

District leaders will walk away from this recorded session with practical strategies to implement during this school year’s scheduling process and better support their middle school and high school leadership teams.
