Instructional experiences are essential to developing geometric reasoning skills. Our Fall 2015 series explore strategies for developing geometric reasoning skills effectively across the grades.

In this final webinar of our four-part series, Dr. Sara Delano Moore discussed classifying figures with a focus on triangles and quadrilaterals. Sara showed how to pull our geometric reasoning skills series together into a “family tree” for polygons.

Join the Building Understanding in Mathematics community to participate in online discussions with peers, for invitations to upcoming webinars, to view past webinar recordings, to take a quiz and receive a CE certificate for a past webinar, and for access to more resources.
