David Grubbs and Charlie Gasmire are educators and serial entrepreneurs who have helped over 8,600 K-12 students start a real business and are here to report on the measurable outcomes they have observed. Their findings support numerous empirical studies that tout the benefits of entrepreneurship including soft-skill development, cross-curricular learning, and student engagement in the classroom.

Entrepreneurship is a project-based learning tool that provides real-world education by helping students put into practice many of the other subjects they are studying in school, and it’s one of the most effective and proven ways to teach 21st century skills. David and Charlie co-founded Boss Club in 2018 which supports hundreds of teachers across the country as they help middle and high school students start, run, and grow real businesses. In this edWebinar, you learn:

  • Empirical evidence on the benefits of entrepreneurship education including increased student engagement, 21st century skill development, self-efficacy, and more
  • The importance of an entrepreneurial mindset and how to cultivate it
  • The outcomes of entrepreneurship on soft-skill development
  • Practical entrepreneurial exercises that teach cross-curricular skills
  • Keys to a successful entrepreneurship program and how to launch one at your school

This recorded edWebinar is of interest to middle and high school teachers, school and district leaders, curriculum directors and writers, and CTE teachers and leaders.
