About the Presenters
Dr. Toni Shub is the CEO and Founder of QoreInsights. She is leading the innovation and development of the Classroom Education Plan, a job-embedded professional learning and coach-support platform that uses AI to guide every teacher to targeted evidence-based instructional strategies, tracks impact, and enables real-time insights into student progress and well-being. Dr. Shub is an Affiliate Professor of Teaching and Learning in the Simmons School of Education and Human Development at Southern Methodist University. She earned her Ed.D. (leadership and learning in organizations) from Vanderbilt University, an MS (occupational therapy), and a BA (child development: child mental health). She has six patents and two peer-reviewed publications and developed the Mead®️ Writing Fundamentals line. Dr. Shub owned and operated a pediatric occupational therapy clinic for 20 years, is an award-winning serial entrepreneur, and is an international speaker focusing on high-impact factors and strategies for equitable teaching and learning, and mitigating bias in AI-powered EdTech.
Dr. Brittany Whitby is the CEO and Founder of B Nicole Consulting, an education consulting firm that provides tailored, research-informed leadership development support, one-on-one and group coaching, and strategic planning for non-profits, K-12 schools, and universities. With over ten years of teaching and school leadership experience, she is devoted to understanding teacher and leader development’s role in dismantling the educational inequities Black and Brown students face. Dr. Whitby has been recognized as Teacher of the Year, leading her school to a Top 10 ranking in math growth on the statewide assessment and developing a national coaching program for Black educators interested in school leadership. She has partnered with leading institutions like Teach For America, The University of Pennsylvania, and D.C. Public Schools. Dr. Whitby holds a B.A. in psychology from Hampton University, an M.Ed. from Johns Hopkins University, and an Ed.D. from Vanderbilt University.
Dr. Anika Davis is the COO and Co-founder of QoreInsights, an education technology company, and the developer of the Classroom Education Plan (CEP). CEP is a job-embedded professional learning and coach-support platform that uses AI to guide every teacher to targeted evidence-based instructional strategies, tracks impact, and enables real-time insights into student progress and well-being. She has a proven track record of growing organizations and developing individuals to achieve record-breaking and award-winning results. An organizational psychologist and international speaker, Dr. Davis has held executive leadership roles in financial services, education, operations, sales and marketing, and human resources. She is an expert at leveraging corporate culture to improve organizational performance, employee engagement, productivity, and team collaboration. Dr. Davis earned a B.S. in psychology from Duke University, an M.A. in industrial-organizational psychology from Argosy University, and an Ed.D. in leadership and learning in organizations from Vanderbilt University.
