The expanding new media format of kids’ podcasts is not only an amazing screen-free entertainment source, but a valuable educational resource for kids of all ages – both in and out of the classroom. In this edWebinar we navigate the basic landscape of kids and family podcasts, learn the many proven benefits of bringing podcasts into kids’ interactive learning environments, and explore several unique and creative ways to infuse podcasts into new and existing curriculum. Our goal is to help educators understand and integrate this accessible media format into their classrooms and schools with ease and excitement.
This recorded edWebinar is of interest to K-12 teachers, librarians, and media specialists.
