In this edWebinar, Eisha Buch, Senior Manager of Education Programs for Common Sense Education, unveils The Incredible Times, a free game for exploring the topic of misinformation in an engaging way by introducing and sparking critical conversations around news literacy.
In this session, explore the key learning objectives of the game and different ways it can be implemented in your classroom in conjunction with other Common Sense Digital Citizenship resources. Eisha demonstrates the game for us as well. Middle and high school classroom educators, technology coordinators, librarians, and anyone involved in teaching digital citizenship or news and information literacy are invited to participate. About the Presenter
Eisha Buch is the senior manager of education programs for Common Sense Education. She works on the Common Sense Education Digital Citizenship Program to oversee content creation and development of the curriculum. Prior to joining Common Sense, Eisha taught middle and high school math in New York City and has also focused on international education development in East Africa and South America. Eisha strongly believes all kids around the world deserve a high-quality education and that now more than ever, digital citizenship is a critical component to their success. She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and an M.A. in education from St. John’s University.
