This comprehensive edWebinar is designed to provide educators with tools and knowledge needed to share the gifts of yoga and mindfulness with children. This presentation is open to anyone seeking to incorporate yoga and mindfulness into their current work with children. Bari Koral, kids yoga expert and popular recording artist, provides key information and inspiration necessary to begin doing so immediately. Learn the connection between mindfulness and the brain, breathing exercises appropriate for children, popular child-friendly yoga poses, mindfulness and relaxation techniques and tools, age-appropriate visualizations for children, yoga games, and beloved songs for kids yoga. Bari is at the forefront of introducing or reinforcing these powerful tools to thousands of educators. After grappling with anxiety for almost a decade, Bari dove deep into the world of yoga and meditation to help restore and heal her nervous system. About the Presenter
Bari Koral is a beloved musician and yoga educator. She is the host of Yogapalooza, the first national kids yoga TV show. Bari was the original yoga teacher for Jet Blue airlines and has presented on yoga and meditation to dozens of Fortune 500 companies. She has performed kids yoga and music numerous times at the White House and has been featured in People Magazine and The New York Times. She is a frequent keynote and featured speaker and has keynoted at the National Kids Yoga Conference multiple times. Bari’s songs and approachable yoga and mindfulness curriculum are used on a regular basis around the world.
