About the Presenters

Dr. Jeannette Long is an Academic Officer at Teacher Created Materials, bringing over 25 years of experience as a teacher, school administrator, and district leader. Previously the Coordinator for the Multicultural Education Department in Osceola County, Florida, she developed innovative projects for multilingual learners, delivered ESL-focused professional learning, and coached teachers using data-driven strategies. An English language learner herself, Dr. Long draws from her diverse experience across elementary to post-secondary education to promote equity and inclusion. Her dedication to student success has earned her recognition as Teacher of the Year and Minority Teacher of the Year.

Jen Jump

Jen Jump is a Senior Academic Officer at Teacher Created Materials, where she provides professional development and training on curriculum materials and professional resources. With over 20 years of experience, Jen is a passionate educator dedicated to improving student achievement. Before joining TCM, she supported curriculum and professional development for Washington, D.C.’s fast-growing urban school district. She led the creation of content-rich text set curricula for K-5 ELA and facilitated professional learning through group training and one-on-one coaching. Her work empowered educators to enhance literacy instruction and elevate student success.
