About the Presenter
Danielle Lindquist is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, special educational teacher, and professional learning specialist for Stages Learning. Upon the start of her career at a therapeutic day school, she quickly developed a passion for the population of students who many deemed “too dangerous” or “difficult to connect with.” Her work as a consultant in a wide variety of educational settings has since assisted principals and special education directors in revamping procedures and processes surrounding inclusion, data analysis, restraint and seclusion, and the implementation of evidence-based positive behavior interventions and supports. Danielle is passionate about building capacity in educators who support at-risk students and those experiencing severe challenging behavior with the goal of prevention and skill building. Her work has long since focused on trauma-informed and dignified teaching practices that create a classroom environment that is both motivating and conducive to learning.
