Regina is the Director of Online Learning and manages our team of Program Managers who run our edWebinar and edLeader Panel events. edWeb hosts 400 live presentations a year and has over 3,000 recorded programs available on-demand. Regina and her team provide a “concierge” level of service so our sponsors and presenters have a great experience presenting on edWeb. Her team ensures that the logistics and tech run smoothly. We call Regina our “tech nurse” because she transitioned from a career in nursing to a career in computer science, a perfect combination for the needs of our team, our sponsors, and our edWeb members. Previously, Regina worked in a variety of industries, including all stages of education, computer systems, government defense, pharmaceutical research, and aviation safety. Specific skills that she has acquired regarding program awareness are patience, attentiveness, clear and concise communications, product knowledge, focus on utilizing positive language, calm demeanor, time management skills, positive customer interactions, goal-oriented focus, ability to think on her feet, tenacity, and follow-through. Regina is passionate about education and making a difference in the world.
