Liz Ralston has spent 25 years working in the K12 education market and has a passion for partnering with school districts to improve student outcomes. She prides herself on building trusted relationships with education thought leaders to see the world as they see it by understanding district initiatives, challenges, and the impact of both. She has consulted with 100’s of districts over the last two and a half decades. What drives her work is her commitment to the belief that every child can and deserves the opportunity to learn. Liz has been involved with ERDI for 22 years introducing 8 young companies for the value of the education leader panels and rich opportunities for building trusted relationships, some that go back to 2002. In that time, she has planned and led or participated in 35 or more ERDI panels doing the planning, preparation, execution and follow up necessary to insure the companies’ ROI and success for attending these events.

Liz’s breadth and depth of her industry knowledge and experience comes from having worked with numerous program offerings to include K-5 intervention support curriculum before NCLB, online formative assessment, credit and drop out recovery courseware, stakeholder engagement and communications solution designed for superintendents and senior cabinet staff, an early literacy multi-sensory phonics software using the “science of reading” as well as three different Special Education intervention solutions before starting her most recent consulting endeavor.

Liz has a BA from Kenyon College in Gambier, OH, her current hometown. She received the National Association of Women, VIP Woman of the Year Circle Award in 2016.
