Donna Reichman, former Assistant Superintendent of the Wayne Township Public Schools, is now the founder and CEO of Reichmanreco.com, a company she has founded to provide coaching for schools districts on innovative learning practices with a particular emphasis on gifted and talented programs.
In her 20 years with the Wayne Township Public Schools, she served in the roles of Assistant Superintendent, Curriculum Director, Principal, Staff Developer, and Gifted and Talented Teacher. Her combined 26 years of experience in public education includes work on curriculum reform, technology integration, and professional development. Donna has been the driving force behind many curriculum implementations, has opened a state-of-the-art early childhood center, and started an in-house professional development center where educational leaders from her district can showcase and share their expertise and talents. She worked with the New Jersey Department of Education to develop programs that allow for progressive in-district professional development and was a New Jersey Gifted Society fellow. Donna graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Kean University and a Master’s Degree in Education, Administration, and Supervision from Caldwell University.
