Frequently Asked Questions

In order to receive a certificate for viewing a webinar, you have to sign up for an edWeb membership (which is free). Once you do, you can download personalized certificates from your edWebinar transcript.
If you are already a member of edWeb, simply log into your edWeb.net account and click ‘My edWebinar Transcript’ in the blue bar at the top of the page to view all of your certificates earned.
You will be able to receive a certificate for participating in a live edWebinar or viewing an edWebinar recording.

Please note that it takes up to 2 business days to process your viewing minutes and quiz scores before your most recent activity can be posted to your transcript.
Your transcript must show 40 minutes or more of viewing time to earn your CE certificate.
Add any email addresses or phone numbers you use to participate in edWebinars to your profile settings here.

If you are interrupted or pause while viewing a webinar, your transcript may only reflect the first portion of your viewing minutes. Your minutes will be combined within 48 hours of the completion of the webinar.
You may have been watching the edWebinar when the system updated, so only part of your minutes are reflected. Your minutes will be combined within 48 hours.

Registering for/participating in an edWebinar does not sign you up for an edWeb membership, but it does add you to our mailing list to receive meeting reminders. You can join at www.edweb.net/join.
Due to a significant increase in volume, edWeb is having times when the site is slow or not available temporarily. This may affect accessing your account, and you may need to try again later.

All recordings can be found in the edWebinar archives.
We’ll also send the recording link to everyone who registers the day after the live presentation.
