These challenges are in the areas of learning, communication, socialization and behavior. Understanding the unique combination of needs is vital for success. In this edWebinar, Nina Finkler, M.Ed., LDT/C, BCBA, and President of Nina Finkler Autism Services, highlights the specific areas of deficit associated with autism spectrum disorder, how they impact success within the classroom and provide suggestions for strategies to incorporate into the classroom. This recorded session will be especially helpful for any educator from preK-12 who is teaching or working with students with autism, special education teachers, speech therapists, and paraprofessionals.
