There’s a lot of controversy surrounding children and technology. Adults worry about too much screen time. App makers promise to turn a child into a scientist, poet or astronaut. What’s the truth?

Warren Buckleitner has been studying this topic for over three decades as a teacher, educational psychologist, parent and reviewer. In this webinar, he hosted an informal conversation about children and technology.

Topics included:

  • Ten of the most exciting apps — that really support learning
  • What hardware you need to get started
  • How can I use my child’s “technology addiction” to my advantage
  • A simple, powerful formula to pass along to other parents and teachers — A, B, S (Access, Balance and Support)

This webinar will benefit educators working with Pre-K through elementary students.
