The Student Youth Travel Association (SYTA) and its tour operator members are very proud of their commitment to travel safety. They take the steps necessary to reduce the chance of an unwanted event occurring during a trip. As a member of SYTA, tour operators adhere to strict performance and safety standards designed to improve the professionalism of the industry while placing special emphasis on implementing best practices to improve the travel experience.

When a SYTA tour operator leads tour groups, they strive to ensure these practices are in place. When they are not leading the tour group, and to support traveling teachers, they want to share their safety practices to help your trip runs smoothly.

Mr. Bowers will share these best practices and insights into how each recommendation could be implemented. We hope all traveling teacher leaders join us for this informative presentation as time and experience have shown that following these simple suggestions can reduce the chance of a problem surfacing while on a student travel trip.

This edWebinar will be of benefit to middle school through higher education teachers and school and district leaders. There will be time to have your questions answered at the end of the presentation.
