Back-to-school season has a way of sneaking up on all of us—but a few early steps now can make all the difference later. Whether you’re a planner by nature or more of a last-minute scrambler, your future self will thank you for tackling some key tasks ahead of time.

From organizing supply lists to coordinating across teams and prepping communication calendars, early planning helps reduce last-minute stress, improve clarity for families, and free up time in August for welcoming new staff and building community.

In this edWebinar, we explore practical, proactive steps you can take today to set the stage for a smoother, more successful back-to-school season. We discuss how to align across roles, simplify your messaging, and prioritize the prep work that pays off in the long run.

You walk away with a checklist of 10 back-to-school tasks you can complete now—and a plan to ease the chaos before it even begins. This recorded edWebinar is of interest to PreK-12 school leaders, district leaders, and communications staff.
