This edWebinar reviews the rising trend of teacher and student burnout and some of its causes. Viewers gain helpful resources to sustain their mental health while supporting their students. Leading up to World Mental Health Day on October 10th, we break the conversation into three parts:

  • Putting the oxygen mask on yourself as an educator first
  • Supporting your students’ mental health needs
  • Tangible free tools to use in the classroom, right away

With insight from an HCA mental health expert, viewers walk away with several easy-to-implement classroom resources. This recorded edWebinar is of interest to K-12 teachers, librarians, school and district leaders, and school counselors.
