About the Presenters
Allison Kapitanoff is a veteran educator, nationally and internationally recognized curriculum designer, and founder of Thinking Kap Educational Services, LLC. She spent over 20 years educating children of all ages and abilities, has worked with both building-level and district-level administrations, and has written curricula for school districts, STEM programs, college programs, national testing, and corporate clients. She is also a recognized professional development presenter and curriculum trainer. Allison provides curriculum support for Futures Fundamentals, Econ Essentials, and CME Group’s Behavioral Economics resources.
Eric Patnoudes is a former educator and a corporate partnerships leader with expertise in corporate social responsibility, stakeholder engagement, and digital education solutions. Eric develops and executes partnerships that connect organizations with K-12 schools through innovative, research-backed educational initiatives. His work spans industries, including STEM education, sustainability, and workforce readiness, helping organizations make a measurable difference in classrooms nationwide. He is the Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships at Discovery Education.
