Despite understanding the value of differentiating learning for students, we still provide educators with one-size-fits-all PD, which begs the question: How can we expect educators to meet the challenges of today with the methods of the past?

The answer is simple: We can’t. And luckily, we don’t have to!

By making the commitment to shift away from traditional PD and toward comprehensive talent development, ed leaders can provide teachers with the differentiated, targeted professional learning, support, and tools that they need to grow in their craft, meet their students’ unique needs, and continually adapt to an increasingly complex world. Watch this informative edWebinar and leave with five actionable ways to:

  • Replace one-size-fits-all PD with a meaningful, individualized talent-development system
  • Center talent development around competency-based learning and instructional best practices
  • Cultivate a supportive, growth-focused school culture, thereby increasing job satisfaction and teacher retention
  • Connect the dots between educator growth and student achievement to recognize and celebrate growth, identify what is working to improve outcomes, and modify or strategically abandon what isn’t

This recorded edWebinar is of interest to K-12 teachers and school and district leaders.
