About the Presenter
David Wees has degrees in mathematics, education, and educational technology. He taught for 11 years in such far-flung places as NYC, London, Bangkok, and Vancouver. David spent the past six years as a mathematics instructional specialist and curriculum developer before joining DreamBox Learning this past summer as Senior Curriculum Designer. He works remotely from his island paradise of Denman Island, British Columbia.
About the Host
Peter Kruger serves as the director of product marketing at DreamBox and has spent most of his career pursuing a passion for personalized learning and education technology. Prior to DreamBox, Peter worked at Amplify when it was called Wireless Generation, SMART, and Microsoft. Peter holds an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and when he’s not focusing on education, he can be found doing photography, gardening with conifers, or hiking with his wife and dog.
