We want to see transformative change within our schools and classrooms that excites students about learning, reinvigorates the education profession, and truly serves the needs of students, but finding a solution isn’t so simple. Top-down, one-size-fits-all recommendations rarely work. For true change to occur, these innovations need to be educator driven, and yet, educators are exhausted by the never-ending demands of their classrooms and the circumstances of the last two years.

In this edWebinar, we explore the transformative changes that can create more sustainability in education careers and improve learning for students. View Thomas Arnett, researcher from the Clayton Christensen Institute, to explore the latest research around lasting school change, as well as secondary educator Alison Stone who has been leading her school community with her own classroom innovations. You’ll learn actionable strategies for impacting change in your own classroom and across your school and district communities.

This recorded edWebinar is of interest to K-12 teachers, school and district leaders, and education technology leaders.
