To improve student outcomes and instructional effectiveness, district leaders at Fayette County Public Schools are implementing systemic changes to more deeply connect curriculum, instruction, and assessment with a unified vision to forge and equip a community of learners. Mark HendersonAbout the Presenters

Mark Henderson is the K-12 Mathematics Curriculum Coordinator for Fayette County Schools. Serving Fayette County students for 17 years has afforded him many opportunities to work with amazing teachers and students.

 

 

 

Josh NolandJosh Noland is the Assistant Principal at Robert J. Burch Elementary in Tyrone, Georgia. He has worked in the Fayette County school system for 16 years as an elementary teacher, math content coach, and assistant principal.

 

 

 

 

Kelly Urlacher started her education career as a teacher in 2002. She has her national boards and masters in technology and curriculum development. Kelly taught sixth grade for 10 years and has a passion for math. She jokes that she loved to “infect” her students with the love of math. Kelly is now a senior curriculum designer for DreamBox Learning, where she has the opportunity to create lessons, develop technology-based teacher partnerships, and influence the way students learn math.
