During his 20 years at Rosetta Stone, Jack Marmorstein has worked with clients around the world to build effective communication strategies in global organizations. He holds graduate degrees in literature and psychology and is widely published.

Tracie Evans is an education client manager specializing in large and strategic implementations in both the K-12 and higher education spaces. She is passionate about helping educators achieve their language-learning goals and enjoys collaborating with customers in creating a plan to achieve those goals and implementing a framework to support their success. She lives in beautiful downtown Harrisonburg, Virginia with her husband and two sassy cats.
