This webinar presented by LaVonna Roth, the founder of Ignite Your S.H.I.N.E.®,  sparks the passion, creativity, and energy in you AND your students. This presentation is a taste of the highly motivating and engaging FUNnote (aka “keynote”) that LaVonna Roth will be sharing at the 2017 Splash Conference.

In this webinar, LaVonna focuses on self, heart (passion), and how to inspire and navigate to create the exceptional people our students are meant to be. Every child is gifted and talented in their own way! No student fits into a box. They are more than that! They are a whole child.

Get ready for a SHINETASTIC jumpstart as you get a taste of the power behind the Ignite Your S.H.I.N.E.® movement and how you, as an educator, can make continued positive change for yourself and your students.

Learn how to promote a positive and fun learning environment addressing these topics:

  • Mindsets
  • Culture
  • Strengths-based focus
  • Whole child
  • Communication skills
  • Grit/perseverance
  • Brain research
  • Effects of stress
  • Confidence

This recorded program will inspire all teachers, educators, and administrators at all levels.
