Can you hear me? How about now? As part of the Portrait of a Modern Learner series, this edWebinar focuses on the critical topic of student voice. Learn how to move from “sage on the stage” to a more student-focused classroom by providing opportunities for students to become the creative communicators needed in life beyond school.

Hear from Global GEG leading educators as they offer practical, immediately applicable tools, resources, and strategies for taking the next steps toward allowing more student-driven voice and choice in your classroom. Roadblocks are also addressed, complete with action steps to overcome them. Through technology, we can allow students to communicate in ways that amplify the voice of every single student in class. By taking these important leaps now, we create students who are communicators, advocates, and collaborative problem solvers at every age level.

This edWebinar is part of our Emerging Tech series on The Portrait of a Modern Learner. During the course of this year, we are presenting a series of edWebinars that address the traits and skills required for today’s students to be successful both now and in life beyond school. We examine various facets of school life at all levels, leaving participants with myriad resources and immediately applicable action steps to make a student-centered modern classroom a reality.

This recorded edWebinar is of interest to PreK-12 teachers, education technology leaders, and school and district leaders.
