The American Rescue Plan (ARP) was approved by Congress on March 10, 2021 and signed into law the following day. The ARP represents the largest amount of funding relief for K-12 amongst the three aid packages distributed by the federal government in response to the pandemic. However, many uncertainties still exist as to how, when and where these funds can be utilized as it relates to both software and hardware. Join this edWebinar as we discuss the following topics:

Shawn Gross is a former education senior policy advisor in the United States Senate and House of Representatives. Additionally, Shawn served as a member of the Obama Administration’s task force on continuity of learning in response to school closures as a result of a pandemic. Furthermore, he has worked with over 200 districts across 23 states to help leadership maximize access to federal funding opportunities for edtech. Shawn is the CEO and president of Digital Millennial Consulting and is based in Arlington, Virginia.
