As Principal of the Curriculum and Instruction Department (CTE) at the Jersey City Board of Education, David Herman brings over three decades of experience in educational leadership and mentoring. His role focuses on preparing middle and high school students for future-oriented careers, fostering entrepreneurial thinking, and reshaping traditional career pathways through innovative technical education strategies.

Thomas Levy is the Senior Lead Educator for Career and Technical Education at the Camden City School District. He is an award-winning educational leader with 20+ years of success amplifying student achievement rates by maximizing the impact of student learning, instruction, and cultivating high-quality learning environments.
