About the Presenters
Angela Koukoulas joined Champlain in June of 2023 as part of the innovative partnership between Champlain College and Hula (a coworking space located in Burlington, VT). In this role, Angela works with businesses, entrepreneurs, and non-profits to bolster their teams with Champlain talent. Angela helps students land internships, work on client-facing projects, and generally get connected to the Burlington business community. Angela also supports the development of Burlington’s Innovation District by forging intentional connections between students, academics, and industry.

With over 16 years of dedicated service in the Kennett Public School system, Lance Penn brings extensive experience in educational leadership and classroom instruction. For the past two years, he has served as the Director of the Kennett Career and Technology Center, guiding career-focused programs and fostering strong community and industry partnerships. Before this role, Lance spent three years as the Assistant Principal of South Elementary, supporting teachers, students, and families through instructional leadership and schoolwide initiatives. His career began in the high school science classroom, where he taught biology for 11 years and developed a passion for student engagement and academic excellence. Throughout every role, Lance has remained committed to advancing educational opportunities and supporting the success of all learners.

About the Moderator

Anjuli has spent the last decade working with academic partners to develop and manage high-quality learning experiences, including at Savvas Learning Company, Outlier.org, and Coursera.
