About the Presenter
Dr. Thomasa Bond has more than 14 years of experience as a child care licensing consultant and 30 years of experience in early childhood education. She earned her doctorate in organizational leadership with a minor in early childhood education. She works with program directors and owners assisting them with creating centers that are safe for families and provide a quality learning environment for children. She is a sought-after presenter and panelist for local and national conferences. She researches and writes articles on her blog, DrThomasa.com, where she provides information that can be utilized by early childhood professionals. Dr. Bond is passionate about providing resources that will assist program directors and managers in retaining quality staff for their centers. She also shares her knowledge daily as she interacts within the early childhood community.
