Using SlideShare & SlideShark to Make Your PowerPoints Available to Students Online
This month, edWeb community, Tech Tools for the Classroom, held an exciting webinar that taught attendees multiple ways of sharing PowerPoint presentations with their students. Most teachers have a large collection of Powerpoint presentations that they have put together over the years. Wouldn’t it be great if teachers could make these valuable lessons available to students 24/7? Tech Specialist Shannon Holden, Assistant Principal at Republic Middle School in Missouri, walked teachers through the process of posting PowerPoints for viewing on two free platforms – SlideShare and SlideShark. Webinar attendees learned how to use these platforms to extend learning beyond the classroom and get parents involved in their students’ education!Join the community and take a quiz to receive a CE certificate for viewing this webinar!
