This presentation is the fifth in a series of webinars based on the six cognitive levels of Bloom’s Revised taxonomy and re-introduces viewers to a new way to think about Bloom’s Taxonomy and provides an overview of this level.  The bulk of the presentation includes an overview of mobile device and Web 2.0 tools that suppor the evaluating level.  The evaluating level occurs when students learn to justify a decision or a course of action and pedagogically sound ideas for using additional iPad content-based apps.
