Creating Open Educational Resources for Your K-12 Classroom

In this session, presented by the Open Educational Resources (OER) community on edWeb.net, attendees had a look at some OERs – to give you a sense of what already exists and what is possible. Julie Willcott, science teacher and Apple Distinguished Educator, addressed how to get started creating your own OER courses and books. Julie also went over copyright issues and discussed how to compile the best content for your students.
