Don’t reinvent the wheel! Resourceful librarians promote reading every day. In this webinar, Michelle Luhtala, highlighted fruitful partnerships, engaging programming, and creative strategies to get kids reading. Emerging Tech is a professional learning community (PLC) where school librarians can explore all the ways to integrate technology and 21st century learning into school library programs. The community hosts free monthly webinars and live chats. Online discussions provide an easy way to continue the conversation and share ideas and experiences with peers across the country, and around the world. You’ll have an opportunity to collaborate with other librarians as you learn about and explore the many uses of technology in school libraries. This program is sponsored by Follett.

After this webinar, I signed up for BiblioNasium and have a question I don’t see on the website. On Goodreads, you can scan the barcode on your books and it will upload information about them. I’m wondering if I can do the same with BiblioNasium to create an online database of my classroom library. Do you know if this is possible?
Hi,
I viewed Cool Ideas to Promote Reading and completed the survey. Will I get a certificate emailed to me now or do I need to take further action.
Thank you for your assistance with this matter.
