WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging apps in the world, with over half a billion users. The app’s numerous features make it a natural for facilitating communication—but can it be used for educational purposes?

In this edWebinar, edtech early adopter Shannon Holden, Assistant Principal at Republic Middle School in Missouri, explores the educational applications of WhatsApp and another of his favorite free online tools for teachers, Edulastic, an app for interactive formative assessment.
