You depend upon tech every day to communicate with friends, shop online, share posts, and do just about everything else. What can you do to prevent being duped, ruffled about a post someone shared, or mindlessly binging for way too long? In this edWebinar, you learn how to streamline your tech world and get a little balance and digital wellness in your life. We sure can’t teach our own students about media balance and well-being if we’re not taking care of ourselves.

This recorded edWebinar is of interest to K-12 teachers, librarians, and education technology leaders.
