Voice-enabled technology has the power to revolutionize literacy instruction in K–3 classrooms, but how do educators ensure that these tools are equitable for all children and truly save instructional time?

In this edWebinar, we explore how voice-enabled literacy tools can deliver equitable instruction. You also discover how voice technology provides teachers with unbiased literacy assessment data, simplifies literacy group instruction, and allows for more focus on what they do best—teaching. During this interactive and engaging session, educators in Grades K–3 learn the five ways voice-enabled literacy tools can empower both teachers and students. They can:

  • Deliver equitable literacy instruction that meets the diverse needs of each child regardless of accent, dialect, skill set, or learning challenge
  • Provide frequent, invisible, and effective assessments that identify reading challenges and provide personalized, prescriptive, and confidence-boosting instruction for below-level, on-level, and above-level students
  • Give instructional time back to teachers, allowing them to spend more time on targeted, scaffolded support or stretch activities that focus on specific phonics and word study skills in differentiated groups

This recorded edWebinar is of interest to K–3 teachers, school leaders, and education technology leaders.
