Every school leader works to build trust with their school community. But with each passing crisis, that trust wanes. Join this edWebinar as we reveal findings from the first-ever national study on school customer service and discover “the invisible thread” that powers the relationship between your community and your schools. Hear from Heidi Henderson-Lewis, customer service manager and district ombudsperson for the Seattle Public Schools, as she describes a unique approach to customer service in the context of K-12 education and get practical ideas and strategies for building a foundation of trust with your school community.
The 2019 State of K-12 Customer Experience Report represents the first-ever national study created to help school leaders assess, inform and improve the quality of customer experience in the nation’s K-12 public schools. 2019 was the first year of the study, with plans for updated questions and results in subsequent years.
This edWebinar will be of interest to K-12 school and district leaders, directors, and cabinet and board members. There will be time to have your questions answered at the end of the presentation.
