One of the most pressing issues facing schools today is how to make them warm and inviting places for students – and fun and exciting places to teach and learn. Creating an environment where adults and students want to be and where they feel comfortable and ready to explore the world is critical.

Watch this dynamic panel discussion with leading educators Steven W. Anderson, Erin Olson and Derek McCoy for an exploration of ways to improve school culture. Our panelists cover:

  • A deep dive into what great school culture looks like, sounds like, and feels like
  • Ways to cultivate a positive culture at your own school
  • Technology tools to foster improved school culture

Each panelist also shares how they support school culture in their roles as instructional leaders and what they are doing to help others in this important area of education. All K12 administrators and educators are invited to watch this recorded webinar.
