With increasing accountability and complex daily challenges, how can you make the most of your influence as an early childhood leader? The Whole Leadership Framework provides a comprehensive anchor for leadership to help you make effective decisions, balance your priorities, inspire your team, and advocate effectively with staff and stakeholders. The framework will help you evaluate your work and develop a more cohesive, sustainable, and vibrant organization as you focus on the most important ingredients of leadership success.

The goal of this edWebinar is to infuse your work with balance and energy as you clarify essential goals and make the most of your resources.
