There is widespread concern over the increasing frequency of challenging behaviors being exhibited by young children. The number of children in preschool with these behaviors is one of the leading concerns of teachers, administrators and parents.

This edWebinar will focus on providing you with effective and appropriate prevention strategies for children who exhibit challenging behaviors. Developmental Psychologist Dr. William J. DeMeo will share the latest research in the field of early childhood on best practices of prevention with young children who exhibit behavioral problems. You will learn how to implement these strategies immediately.

This workshop will focus on what works. Empirically-driven and cost-effective strategies for implementing interventions—in a variety of settings and under a variety of realistic constraints—will be discussed. Young children, with the assistance of early childhood professionals, can learn how to self-regulate their behavior in the early childhood and home environment. The educational professionals who work with them and their families can make an enormous difference in their lives.

PreK educators are invited to attend this live, interactive event. There will be time for questions after the presentation. Join us to learn how to develop and implement appropriate strategies to prevent inappropriate behaviors in students.
