In order for students to be academically successful, they need to be emotionally and mentally ready to learn. When the new school year begins, educators will need strategies for using data to quickly identify and provide social-emotional learning opportunities to promote emotional well-being and resilience. Knowing which data to use—and how to structure them—is especially important this fall so that we can identify trauma-related or other universal and individual student social-emotional and behavioral (SEB) needs.
Join us for an edWebinar to unpack how to use data within your multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) to identify and address students’ social-emotional and behavioral (SEB) needs this fall in order to restart learning successfully.
In this edWebinar, participants will learn:
- Approaches for assessing and identifying students’ SEB needs this fall
- Strategies for maximizing universal supports based on trends in students’ needs and monitoring the effectiveness of your efforts
- Data-driven approaches for identifying students who are most at-risk and aligning the right SEL supports
- Methods for disaggregating and analyzing data to ensure supports are equitable and not disproportionate
This edWebinar will be of benefit to K-12 teachers, school and district leaders, MTSS coordinators, PBIS coordinators, RtI coordinators, school psychologists, school counselors, instructional coaches, SPED coordinators and teachers, and data analysts. There will be time to have your questions answered at the end of the presentation.
