Finding Help When You Need It

Many novice teachers leave the profession because they don’t feel supported. Novice teachers do not get the support and help they need because they don’t know when to ask for help, how to ask for help, and who to ask for help. Middle School Assistant Principal Shannon Holden helped teachers find online and offline resources to help them when they need it.
