In this edWebinar, Greg Turchetta, Executive Director of Communications and Community Engagement at Florida’s Collier County Public Schools, will share how to create, implement, and run a district-wide social media effort by creating a coalition of “tweetchers” in the classroom.
During this edWebinar, you will learn how to incorporate Twitter and Facebook into your communications strategy, along with tips that can help you:
- Introduce and roll out social media to your schools
- Overcome the fears of content creation, student privacy, and technology
- Gain parent and community followers
- Measure success and establish goals for the future
Join us to learn how to overcome social media barriers and start getting the word out about success stories at your district or school! There will be time to ask Greg your questions after his presentation. K-12 communications leaders, public relations leaders, superintendents, and building administrators are invited to this live, interactive event.
