Pinterest has become one of the best ways to find and share resources for teachers. In this edWeb.net webinar for the Early Childhood Learning Solutions community, “Pinfluencer” Kim Vij, Pinterest Consultant and speaker and co-founder of “The Educators’ Spin on It” blog, shared her pinning secrets for how to optimize your Pinterest account, and the tools that she uses to do it.  For instance, attendees learned how to maximize their efforts on Pinterest by exploring the new Guided Search feature.  Participants learned time saving tips for Pinterest searches for educational activities, tips for connecting with teachers on Pinterest, and tools to manage their efforts on Pinterest.  Kim also taught participants how to set up Pinterest boards with board titles & pin descriptions that show up in search, and ways to make your website Pinterest friendly.
